We know life is unpredictable, and sometimes you need to change your bookings. At Hapi, we understand this, which is why we've made rescheduling or canceling your orders straightforward and easy. Whether your schedule has changed or you've had a change of plans, here's how you can easily modify your bookings on Hapi.

Steps to Reschedule or Cancel Your Hapi Booking:

1 Go to your Orders tab:

Navigate to the 'Orders' section where you can see all your scheduled bookings.

2. Select the order to modify:

Choose the specific booking you wish to reschedule or cancel.

3. Rescheduling Your Service:

To reschedule, select 'Edit this order' then 'Reschedule' option. Pick a new date and time that suits your schedule and confirm the changes.

4. Canceling Your Service:

If you need to cancel, choose the 'Cancel' option. You may be asked to provide a reason for cancellation - this helps us improve our services. Confirm your cancellation.

5. Confirmation of Changes:

Once you reschedule or cancel, you'll receive a confirmation via notification and/or email.

Things to Keep in Mind:

Cancellation Policy: Familiarize yourself with Hapi's cancellation policy to understand any potential charges or fees.

Advance Notice: Try to reschedule or cancel as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
