Keeping your account information accurate is essential for a frictionless experience. At Hapi, we've made updating your account details an easy process, so you can ensure that all your information stays accurate and up-to-date. Whether it's a new phone number or a change of address, here's how you can quickly update your account information on Hapi.

Simple Steps to Update Your Account Information:

1. Access Your Account:

Go to your account tab by clicking on account in the bottom bar of the app or by tapping on the profile icon or your name at the top of the app's homepage.

2. Select 'Profile':

In your profile, you can edit your personal details, phone number, email and date of birth. and 'Addresses' to edit the address details.

3. Update your addresses:

Add, edit or delete your addresses by clicking on 'Address book' inside the account tab and add a new address or make the necessary changes to your existing ones as required.

4. Save the Changes: After making your edits, ensure to save the changes. Look for a 'Save', 'Update' button and click it.
