Understanding and retrieving invoices for your Hapi services is crucial for transparency and clarity in billing. Here's a guide on how to understand and retrieve your Hapi invoices.

Breaking Down Your Hapi Invoice:

1. Service Description:

This section details the specific service you booked, such as home cleaning, packing and moving, laundry or pet care. It includes the date and time of the service.

2. Pricing Breakdown:

Here, you'll find the cost of the service you booked. This section breaks down the base rate of the service and any additional charges for custom requests or add ons or delivery charges.

3. Discounts or Promo Codes:

If you've applied a promo code or there are ongoing discounts, they will be reflected here, showing how much you saved on the original price.

4. Total Amount: This is the final amount you're charged, post any discounts and including service fees.

5. Payment Details: It shows the mode of payment used for the transaction, like credit/debit card, cash, etc.

How to Retrieve an Invoice for Past Appointments:

1. On the home page, select 'Orders' to view your order history.

2. Navigate to the 'Past orders' page to find your previous bookings.

3. Find the booking for which you need an invoice and click on it.

4. Scroll down slightly and select 'View invoice' tab to view your invoice.
