Steps to Provide Feedback on Hapi:

1. Directly After Service Completion:

After the completion of a service, you will usually receive a prompt on the Hapi app asking you to rate your experience and leave feedback. This is the most immediate way to share your thoughts while the details of the service are fresh in your mind.

2. Through the Hapi App:

Open the Hapi app and go to your order history. Select the order you want to provide feedback on and choose the option to leave a review or rating. Be as detailed as possible in your feedback, mentioning what you liked or what could be improved.

3. Contact Customer Support:

If you prefer, you can also provide feedback by contacting our customer support team through the in-app chat or email.
