Each service provider under any of our categories, whether home cleaning, packing and moving, laundry or pet care sets their own standard rates which is communicated on the app. The base rate for each service is determined by each of the service providers depending on how they price their service quality and delivery and they have full control over changing those prices over time.

If you opt for additional or specialized services beyond the standard offering, such as adding any add-ons to the order then additional charges will apply. These charges are always communicated upfront, so there are no surprises.
3. Dynamic Pricing for High Demand:
In times of high demand, prices may slightly increase by. This dynamic pricing ensures service availability and fair compensation for our professionals. These charges are always communicated upfront as well.
5. Service Fees:
A nominal service fee is included in the pricing. This fee is dedicated to improving your Hapi experience, including providing exceptional customer service and adding new features. The service fee is a small percentage of the total cost and is always shown in the breakdown for transparency.
